Shannon is the Administrator at Canterbury Dyslexia Centre and the first point of contact for parents, students and professionals making enquiries about assessments and support services. She always provides a welcoming and understanding approach, helping individuals navigate the process with confidence and reassurance.

She holds an Administration Level 3 qualification and brings both professional and personal experience to her role. Following her own diagnosis of dyslexia during her university studies, alongside supporting her child with dyslexia and ADHD, she provides a compassionate and understanding approach to all who contact the Centre.
